The deposit is charged in the form of a pre-authorization in the amount of 500 PLN to 1000 PLN. In some cases, the deposit may be increased. For regular customers, may refrain from charging a deposit.

Pre-authorization is a transaction made on a payment or credit card, by blocking funds corresponding to the amount of the deposit designated for a given class of vehicle. It is a blockage of funds on the card and not a physical withdrawal of funds from the card’s account. If no additional costs are incurred during the rental, the pre-authorization is directed to unlocking after it has been completed. Unlocking takes 3 to 14 days depending on the bank.

We try to ensure that cars are always delivered to customers filled with fuel. In any case, the customer should give back the car with the same level of fuel with which he received it. In the case of return with missing petrol, the client will be charged a fuel fee and the cost of the service according to the price list.

Of course. We operate the airport 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our car will be waiting for you at P1 car park just under the arrival terminal. All paperwork will be completed in 10 minutes and you can drive. We do not take our clients to the far based car parks to pick up the car. In addition to the airport, we serve all PKP railway stations in the Tri-City and ferry terminals.

All our cars are insured for OC / AC / NNW and have assistance. The basic insurance covers the amount of own contribution for damage due to AC up to the amount of PLN 1,500. We always encourage you to purchase one of the additional forms of insurance, so-called Abolish your own contribution so you do not have to worry about any damage to the car. Please remember that the interior of the car is never insured and any damage caused inside is fully covered by the tenant.

All our cars are new, serviced and regularly checked to avoid unwanted situations. In the event of any breakdown, all our cars have assistance.
